In each episode, Ale interviews up-and-coming music industry professionals who candidly share their personal experiences—discussing the challenges, triumphs, and valuable insights they have gained on their journey to success. About Our Host Ale Gil

Ale Gil is a rising junior at Berklee College of Music pursuing an undergraduate degree in Music Business/Management with a certification in Psychology. She currently works 

Coming from a Brazilian/Mexican background and spending her life living in different cities, she found comfort in sharing her thoughts and experiences though written articles and posts on social media. She currently works as a copy editor for Berklee Online and hold the position of vice-president in the Latin Management Club with the ultimate goal of helping and inspiring emerging industry professionals.

Today, she is the host and founder the Coffee & Records podcast, where she aims to share the struggles she faces as a college student, essential mental health advice, and exclusive insights on today’s music industry from first hand experiences. 

For her, coffee is more than just a drink. It is a concept. It has the power to inspire healing and meaningful conversations.
